My mum was looking for a pair of black opal earrings to match her Opal ring, we went to nearly every Opal shop in town and could not find anything we liked. In the end, we were very lucky to find a perfect match here. They had the biggest range of really beautiful Opals and their designs and workmanship was by far the best we’ve seen, highly recommend them!
This place was recommended by three sources, so I figured it was worth a stop. Was pleasantly surprised at the selection; they had a lot. Keep in mind that all opals are solid; no doublets or triplets here. Lucy was fabulous; she listened to what I needed and helped me make a decision. She was very knowledgeable. Now that I’ve gone to several places, I realize that the prices here are very fair for what you get. This is definitely worth a stop if you are looking for quality opals.

I have purchased several items of pearl jewellery from Cosmopolitan Jewellers in the Rocks over the past 10 years and can highly recommend this store. They have an extensive range of pearls and opals in stunning designs. It is a beautiful store conveniently located in the Rocks District of Sydney, very close to the cruise boat terminal and Circular Quay railway. I have always received excellent customer service. Staff allow you to browse but are also happy to assist and are knowledgeable. You can purchase items duty free if travelling and I most certainly will be returning for my next purchase.
