Cosmopolitan Jewellers is situated in the heart of the historic Rocks precinct of Sydney on the site of the first European settlement in Australia. Our spacious, modern and luxurious show room is located at 140 George Street under the Museum of Contemporary Art. This Art Deco inspired building is located on one of the most recongised harbours in the world.
Cosmopolitan Jewellers was established in 1992 and is family owned. What started as a love of Opals, has grown into one of Australia’s most successful Opal, Pearl and Fine Jewellery Businesses.
In fact, the quality of our jewellery is recognised internationally. Cosmopolitan Jewellers only sells solid natural Opals. We have unset Opals as well as loose South Sea Pearls and Pink Diamonds. If you wish, you can choose an unset stone and one of our jewellers can set it for you or you can take it home to your own jeweller. Our Opals are set in 18k white and yellow gold, platinum and sterling silver. Our South Sea Pearl Jewellery and Pink Diamond setting is in in 18k white and yellow gold.
The staff at Cosmopolitan Jewellers are very experienced and create an informative, relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience. We also provide multi language services, including German, Italian, French, Chinese, Dutch and Spanish.
The Rocks is a short walk along George Street from the city centre or you can travel by bus, train, light rail and ferry to Circular Quay and a short walk west to George Street.
